Questions
How accurate are the AI macros?
Good for a photo, and honest about it. AI estimates portions and macros, and you confirm or correct everything before saving — so a quick tweak gets you exact. For packaged food, the barcode and label scanners pull real label values.
Does it work offline?
Logging queues offline and syncs when you're back online. The AI analysis itself needs a connection (it runs in the cloud), but you'll never lose a meal you logged on a plane.
Is it only for keto?
No. Keto gets first-class treatment (net carbs, ketosis warnings), but the engine is flexible — low-carb, high-protein, or a fully custom macro split. Set your targets once.
What do you do with my photos and data?
They stay in your private account, used only to produce your logs — never sold, never used to train AI models, never tracked across other apps. You can delete everything from inside the app. See our Privacy Policy.
